My therapeutic style follows a humanistic approach, providing client with a safe place to tell their story and helping them experience themselves in a realistic manner, accept personal responsability for their choices and develop a meaningful perpective regarding events in their lives.  This can be an in-depth and extended approach to psychotherapy which involves helping individuals to heal themselves "from the inside out" and which usually enables them to function in a healthy manner for the remainder of their lives.
